The apartment itself is beautiful & brand new. The entire staff is friendly, nice & helpful. The grounds are well maintained. Extremely pet friendly. Endless amenities.

Terrible service, horrible staff, awful organization. This is why. I had been in contact with this property they told me to call them. I did and set up an appointment with them. I had an application ready and printed. I showed up to the appointment and they told me they were doing any. Luckily someone let me sit down as I was about to tell them that I can go. I was being very polite and got my application turned in. One of the lady’s told me that they would email me the next day about turning in... ID’s and what not. Next day comes and I don’t get an email, so I send an email to them to see what’s going on. I end up calling and clearly a different lady answers and is kinda bland and rude. She says it takes 2-3 weeks for an application to process and there WAITING LIST IS 6-9 MONTHS OUT. Why advertise your apartments if there is that long of a waitlist. Just terrible experience all together. Buildings and apartments look wonderful, but don’t count on getting in there anytime soon.

I enjoy the apartment itself, but the staff is horrible at communicating with the residents and leaves passive-aggressive signs in different areas. They also changed the payment method and sent one email that wasn't marked as important or even mention that the payment changed.
