While this location is within walking distance to downtown Mount Clemens, it is much easier to travel with a vehicle. Uber and Lyft are readily available, and there is free parking available in the driveway, directly in front of the unit.
Security cameras are surrounding the exterior of the property and inside the basement common area laundry, but there are no cameras located inside the apartment. Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM daily. A $250 fee will be charged if you check out after 11:15 AM to cover the inconvenience to our cleaners. An excessive cleaning fee of up to $250 may apply for dirt, mud, or stains on floors or rugs. Smoking is only allowed outside, with a $1000 fine for smoking inside the unit. Dispose of all smoking waste in the green dumpster, and a $250 fine will be charged if debris is left behind after your stay. A signed lease may be required for guests who will stay 28 days or more.
