I am Very Satisfied with my living experience at The Graham. The leasing staff is friendly and does a great job with communicating; the property is well maintained and it's a safe environment.

My worst rental experience

They took over in November 2025. Within weeks the communication broke down. Emails went unanswered. The community manager changed without notice, then again, then again. Residents were never informed. We simply stopped receiving responses and had to piece it together ourselves.

Utility billing vanished for months after the transition. When it finally returned it came as backdated lump sums with no prior warning or communication despite repeated requests for clarity.

When my lease expired I...
was told my month-to-month rate would be approximately 20% above my base rent. What I received was a 137% increase. What makes this particularly predatory is that they knew four months in advance that I would need a short term extension. They had every opportunity to communicate the actual rate clearly and honestly. Instead they waited ( deliberately ) until I had a gap between leases and no alternative housing available before revealing a rate nearly double what I had been told to expect. I raised concerns repeatedly throughout those four months. Every attempt to get clarity was ignored or met with vague reassurances. After weeks of exhaustive documented disputes the rate was eventually corrected. But the damage ( financial, emotional and psychological) had already been done.

I was then issued a Demand for Possession based on a charge their office had confirmed in writing I should disregard. A legal notice posted to my door because I followed their own written instructions.
When I sought clarification in person the Community Manager denied a recorded phone conversation ever took place. When I informed her I had the recording she suggested I had spoken with an impersonator and that it needed to be reported to the police. The recording clearly identifies her by name and voice.

A formal complaint submitted to regional management received no response.

I moved out with my full deposit returned. But the months of stress, contradictions and broken accountability that defined this tenancy should not be the standard any resident accepts.
If you are considering signing here, read the reviews from residents who lived under this management, not just those touring a beautiful property for the first time. There experience of actually living here tells a very different story.

Zero Stars if I could

I could provide you a laundry list of issues we've had ever since Greystar took over this property now known as "The Graham". AVOID AT ALL COSTS! We had a pipe burst at 4am and called the emergency line as water was flowing nonstop, only to be told by their automated system that "this line was not currently setup, goodbye". We had to constantly waste towels and blankets until 9am mopping up the consistent flow until maintenance saw our request and came by. I had also called & emailed the leasing... office stating that we were having an emergency and did not hear back from them until 12:30pm when I was asked "So... did this get taken care of?". Also, we were hit with a laundry list of questionable charges upon move-out and have been in a dispute to receive our ledger for the last month. The leasing office has been avoiding our emails and phone calls, and nobody has been able to give us a straight answer as to why we were charged an incredibly high amount after already settling our move-out fees.

The community was better when Village Green was the property manager. The Graham has not made the transition smooth and has us considering other communities in the future.
