How Is This Rating Determined?

Worst Management Experience – No Response for a Month

This has been the worst management experience I’ve ever had with any apartment community. I’ve been trying to resolve a simple billing error for over a month. I visited the office multiple times and emailed both the manager and the associate. Still no response, no follow-up, and absolutely no sense of responsibility from anyone here.

The communication is nonexistent, the promises mean nothing, and the management team seems completely uninterested in helping residents with even the most basic...
issues. If you value your time, your sanity, or a peaceful living experience, do yourself a favor and don’t come here.

This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable.

STAY AWAY

Management transition happened in Oct 2025 and there was no notice to current residents. New management has been AWFUL. Very unresponsive and this place is DISGUSTINGLY dirty all around. Pool area is GROSS. Overall, there is better places to spend this kind of money to live. Would NOT recommend.

Verified Renter

So far the maintenance crew has helped me twice.
I hope there is not a revolving door with regard to these workers. No landscape item was replaced through time. Therefore the buildings are not enhanced. Village Green cut down a lot of our trees and now we have mounds with wood chips on them.
It looks odd. Hopefully there are plans too remedy some of the negative aspects of our community.
