The management staff is wonderful. I had a flood issue in Dec.2025 and I can’t say enough about how helpful they were in dealing with the restoration.

I really like to live in The Chapman community. It’s close to everything I need (gym, restaurants, groceries).

The worst management that I ever seen, they never answer requests and are bad. Doesn’t worth your money, go to any different one but that one sucks and the apartments have a lot of issues and are old with a lot of bugs in the summer.

While we do our best to maintain a comfortable living environment, there can occasionally be insects throughout the community due to the natural surroundings. That said, our pest control team visits every other Friday, and we would be happy to have your apartment serviced if you would like.

Communication issues between GREYSTAR and the community need to be addressed. Many times I have gone to the clubhouse when it was supposed to be open and it was not.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We sincerely apologize for the times you stopped by the clubhouse and found the office closed when you were expecting it to be open. We understand how frustrating that can be, and we’re... very sorry for any inconvenience this caused. At this time, we do have temporary office hours in place due to short staffing. Our current business hours are Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. That said, we fully recognize the importance of being accessible and available to our residents, and we are actively working toward improving this. We anticipate staffing changes soon and truly look forward to being more present and responsive for the community. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work through this transition.
