Terrible

The worst management that I ever seen, they never answer requests and are bad. Doesn’t worth your money, go to any different one but that one sucks and the apartments have a lot of issues and are old with a lot of bugs in the summer.

That said, our pest control team visits every other Friday, and we would be happy to have your apartment serviced if you would like.

Communication issues between GREYSTAR and the community need to be addressed. Many times I have gone to the clubhouse when it was supposed to be open and it was not.

We understand how frustrating that can be, and we’re... very sorry for any inconvenience this caused. At this time, we do have temporary office hours in place due to short staffing. Our current business hours are Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. That said, we fully recognize the importance of being accessible and available to our residents, and we are actively working toward improving this. We anticipate staffing changes soon and truly look forward to being more present and responsive for the community. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work through this transition.
