Smoke and mirrors
Windows need replacing… old buildings…old appliances…they spray paint everything to give a new appearance to the renter…but as time wears on you can see how old and in need of replacement things are… kitchen counters included… the rent is too high for what they provide…when I moved in three years ago the rent was reasonable for the quality of the apartment… there has been a $250 increase in two years but no new windows, appliances, carpets, or counter tops. Some windows I’m afraid will fall out... when I open them .., many units put plastic to the windows to minimize the cold wind in winter… the property manager and service staff are nice but nice doesn’t provide needed upgrades… if I wasn’t ill I’d look for a more reasonably priced property with upgraded features… it’s not the amount of rent but what you get for it… those who own their units don’t have these concerns but those who rent from legacy place Be aware!!
