Sink still clogged Maintenance man was wonderful! Please send him more often. My stubborn sink is still clogged. Being the weekend I assume he will be back.

Needed wall painted where some paint came off the wall where paint come off.. Maintenance was friendly like always. Didn't take long at all to fix the problem and looks so much better. Overall very pleased wirh Maintenance.

Maintenance Request I have a refrigerator that is making a loud motor noise. I called into maintenance and with in 10mins I had a call back and he was kind and helpful.

Holding fee I was charged a holding fee without signing off on that. Terrible business practice. Stop using AI to streamline everything.

This is not a peaceful place to live. Several residents loiter in the parking lot for hours on end BLASTING music/bass from their vehicles. Management has not helped or intervened once even though they’ve been provided several opportunities.
