I love how peaceful and respectful the neighbor is. I love the clean amenities and the designs and colors of the apartments and I loveeee the pond views. It so peaceful to sleep at night listening to the pond water flowing. The park is nearby for me to take my kido to and the store is close by too. I love it!

So far now that I’m in my apartment I enjoy it. The staff is really nice from the office team to the maintenance men. The property is clean and nice. So now I have been here a week almost I need to fully look at things that may need to be looked at.

Property maintenance is horrid. Management staff treats any sort of issue as if it wasn’t important. I recently had AC issues, only after it took them a week to replace the ac did they get me a new one. The new one is not adequate for a tiny apartment. The maintenance team uses cheap methods of fixing problems. During a heat wave having a living space be ONE DEGREE cooler than the outside temperature is unacceptable.
