So far now that I’m in my apartment I enjoy it. The staff is really nice from the office team to the maintenance men. The property is clean and nice. So now I have been here a week almost I need to fully look at things that may need to be looked at.

Terrible support

Property maintenance is horrid. Management staff treats any sort of issue as if it wasn’t important. I recently had AC issues, only after it took them a week to replace the ac did they get me a new one. The new one is not adequate for a tiny apartment. The maintenance team uses cheap methods of fixing problems. During a heat wave having a living space be ONE DEGREE cooler than the outside temperature is unacceptable.

My move-in experience to here to the renew apartment w good. While I did have some trouble at first in the beginning, the leasing staff was still helpful. When I arrived, the unit was clean, well-prepared, and exactly as described in the listing. I appreciated how organized everything was—the keys were ready, the utilities were set up, and I had no issues accessing the building or parking. The apartment itself exceeded my expectations, with modern appliances and a comfortable layout. The... neighbors I met were friendly, and the overall community had a welcoming vibe. I also liked how quiet and secure the area felt, which made settling in much easier. Overall, it was a great start to this new chapter, and I’m looking forward to making this place feel like home. I’m very satisfied with my decision to move here.
