These apartments are nice and a great place to live, but are extremely overpriced. I o ly live here so my kids can stay in Grandville schools.

Great place to live! Quiet community very safe. I've lived here over 5 years coming from GA as a travel nurse and ended up staying here and have seen the growth of the management team as well as the community as a whole. The staff is very quick to response to concerns for resolution. I don't regret the decision of living here at all the rental rates are reasonable. Thanks

I love this apartment their so peaceful and great staff. I like how everything is in the apartment they have a balcony with the view of the nature.
