Great Location.
Pool is nice - needs larger pool rules .
Trash shoot smells a lot .
Maintenance is usually timely .
Needs way more social events .

Lake Susan Apartments are in a perfect location. Close to everything you could need or want. Grocery stores and Target and restaurants are easy to get to.

The bike/walking paths are readily accessible. Parks for kids are within walking distance...
