My partner and I just moved in yesterday and so far Birchwood has been spectacular! The members of management are all extremely friendly and accommodating, the facility is updated and of the highest quality, and the community is beautiful. There were some issues with our unit that we noticed while touring, but they were able to resolve everything that we found. Since moving in we also noticed a problem with the dryer being broken, but the resident portal made it very easy to submit a work order... to maintenance. I highly recommend this apartment complex for anyone looking for a home of high value and quality.

My experience here a Birchwood Apartment has been pleasant overall, I appreciate the management being there daily and ready to assist in what ever issue and concerns,with a nice friendly smile,the building cleaner guy always in point same time with cleaning of the building and sanitizing it as well,lately been noticing things that shouldn't be happening,being this is a clean and nice residence,leave it there happy here at Birchwood...

We love it here at Birchwood,the apartment is just our size,the management team is awesome here,also the maintenance guy is also awesome,the building stays clean,quiet,and most of all we feel safe here,not to mention the residents here are all friendly couldn't have found a better community here in Maple Grove to reside in,close to all the stores,just a great place to live here at Birchwood
