Safe, but my neighbors are loud. Sometimes people leave random trash in the hallway by or on the elevators. The leasing staff are very nice and kind.

Place is usually clean and the staff are helpful! The amenities are great and we like our heated parking especially. It can be loud sometimes and we find it difficult to change this.

I have thoroughly enjoyed my time living at Arrive Watertower. The leasing office is always very prompt and helpful, and it's a nice luxury to have a heated parking garage, especially living in Minnesota.

The location being close to everything is a huge plus as well!

Community is really clean and safe…if I have any problem anytime with plumbing or other stuff…the people will come and fix that immediately ….we don’t have the noise pollution and …the garage also looks clean all the time… the community hall is really pleasantly oraganized
