Not well taken care off. Concerns ignored repetitively. We are missing valuable items. Some damaged by a leaked storage while others stollen from the other storage provided. Reported but no support received

The apartment itself is very nice, with spacious rooms and a great overall layout. The amount of space you get really stands out and makes living here enjoyable. That said, the accommodations have been somewhat hit or miss. There have been times when things weren’t working properly, though when everything is working, the apartment is genuinely very nice.
The property manager, Heather, is extremely kind and does her best to take care of residents. She knows the community well and works hard to... get issues resolved. Occasionally there is some miscommunication on the maintenance side, which can slow things down. Overall, despite a few operational hiccups, I would still recommend the apartment based on the quality and comfort of the living space.

Just keeps going downhill. Loved it here at first. Now things always seem broken, dirty, packages constantly missing. People stealing parking spaces, half the time the office ignores complaints.
