Great Place To Live We love living at Track 29! All the amenities are clean and kept in fine condition. The location can’t be beat and the staff is responsive.

Gone downhill since management changeover The California-based management company Red Tail that took over this building cut costs by doing less frequent cleanings, and now the hallways constantly have litter and smell like dog pee. Also they no longer keep the gym stocked with wet wipes for cleaning the machines. Worst of all, the managers in the office are often “out on the property” and nowhere to be found. Don't pay much attention to reviews made before about February of 2026, when the new manager came in. Things here were rough before that, but the new manager, Jackie, is really doing great things. I don't know how, but she got all of the rowdy and loud tenants to behave or move out. This is now an actual smoke-free building, while it stank of smoke (including marijuana) before she took over.
