Great management! Cassie showed us around the place and they did a great job of getting our apartment ready for us to move in! Management also helped us with some roadblocks we ran into when the website was down. Very helpful!

Right on the lake in the best Location. Everything you need within walking distance shopping, restaurants and 3 grocery stores: Lunds, Cub, and Whole Foods.
Great staff very friendly and accommodating.
Love all the light fixtures with dimmers. This is rare in an apartment

I’ve lived at 1800 Lake Street for almost 4 years and it’s such a cozy place to call home. I love our property manager, it’s always clean and tidy, the rooftop view is beautiful for entertaining, and location in proximity to the lake is unbeatable.
