Great place to live!

I have lived here two years, and my experience has been great. Amy and Jordan have always been helpful, approachable, timely and friendly. Everything is very well kept up, clean. The pictures hardly do it justice. If maintenance is ever needed (change a lightbulb or anything) they are very prompt and efficient. It's been a fun community! The monthly events (meet & greet type) have been the best way to meet my neighbors and catch up. The little extras go a long way. I will be moving... however; I would not hesitate to move back to Preserve if I ever found the need. Loved it!!!

Beautiful location, friendly management and reliable shuttle to Mayo

I enjoyed staying at the Preserve on Maine. The property managers, Amy and Jordan, were always helpful and friendly. Maintenance issues were promptly taken care of. The shuttle to Mayo was always on time and drivers were very kind and courteous . The location is great, and the apartment itself spacious. Quiet, peaceful place. Highly recommend!

The best!!

I have been living at Preserve on Maine for about four years, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The community is well-maintained, the location feels safe, and the overall atmosphere is peaceful and welcoming. Jordan & Amy go above and beyond for the residents. They are always friendly, responsive, and quick to address any concerns. Living here has been a wonderful experience. I highly recommend Preserve on Maine!!
