Wonderful Place to Live!

I lived at The Vista for two years and was very happy here. Repairs were done promptly and Kim and Maggie in management were fantastic and responded quickly to emails and inquiries. The property also has excellent snow removal in the winter, so I was never stuck at home! I would highly recommend The Vista to anyone looking to move to Rochester.

Love it here!

We (my husband and I) love living here! It is safely gated and there are so many amenities for the price! We love that it is at the end of a street next to fields, trees and ponds with wildlife, yet still in the city!
There is a gym, outdoor pool, electric fire pit, grills, 2 dog parks, and many other amenities.
It is townhouse style and many units come with an attached garage. There are also detached garages available. The staff is also amazing and will go the extra mile!
The square footage,... location, safety, amenities for the price are unbeatable in Rochester!

I also noticed the negative reviews are from the prior owners and don’t reflect the current owners or apartment management team.

We love it here!

My first impression was how kind management was and how beautiful the property is kept up.
After living here for over a year, staff is still amazing and we love the amenities! The gym is always clean and the pool is sparkling. You can tell how much time they put into up-keeping the property. The staff also puts on community events which are nice to go and socialize!
As a bonus, we love the ponds attached to the property and have even caught some fish!
There are a ton of dogs here and I love... it! Everyone is responsible about using leashes and picking up after their dogs.
A majority of residents appear to be other working professionals which is great because it’s generally quiet all the time but you barely ever hear anyone after 9pm.
We love it here and we are so glad we chose this community!
