Don’t do it girl!

Absolutely run from this place!

I have lived here for 3 1/2 years without issue until the apartment has recently undergone new management. They are failing during this transition. You will be charged for utilities that you are also directly paying to the utility companies. You will be treated with disrespect when you have any questions regarding your bill (if they even respond). You will receive limited communication from them unless it’s expecting a payment you likely do not owe. You will be...
charged late fees for items that were never dropped to your account. I would be understanding of a little bit of growing pains during the transition but this is just beyond.

The apartment itself is roomy, but old, mildewy and dark like living in a cave. I feel for the poor maintenance guys who are always helpful and likely tired of this too. The apartment is not worth the charge at all and most certainly not worth the stress. Don’t even bother to ask when the pool will be open unless you want to be degraded… although you will still be expected to pay the water for that “public area” I’m sure.

Best value in the area Nice apartment with pool, lots of floor space, balcony, and laundry. Peaceful area, but close to creve core lake. Very convenient location. Good parking as well
