Casalon Parkway Apartments

We lived here for 1 or 2 years in 2018. It may have changed since but I doubt it. It was spacious and priced decently. There were domestic disputes in the parking lot all the time though, and someone slashed tires for a bit while we were there. We ended up moving because of that. As well as maintenance issues- at one point in the winter, we had ice come through our wall (thin walls and untreated moisture I guess). Our apartment also had water damage from upstairs plumbing issues and we had to... ask them to shampoo the carpet after it got soaked. The newer units are actually pretty nice. The older buildings are in very poor condition and need rebuilt. They're infested with roaches but they push the responsibility onto the tenants, no matter how long you've been there. Only one pool was functioning and the laundry facilities were far from satisfactory. Casalon has lots of potential, but it's going to take a lot of work.

I lived here for a couple years and loved it. I only moved because I needed a bigger space. The mainteance staff and people in the office were great. Especially Kiana and the manager Rebecca.

if you read this and continue to pursue this as an option and see how bad this place is please leave a review saying i told you so. Management is horrible apartments arent cleaned before new tenants. Soo much dust, mold, dryers not being hooked up correctly putting toxic fumes in the air of the apartment.

Maintenance is awful. It takes them weeks to respond to any requests. Also the office staff has no clue how to run anything. Not worth the money.. take my advice and DO NOT move here.. My downstairs neighbor also had a case of mold in his closet.
