They have great amenities with a fast and friendly staff. Jamie particularly was great during the whole leasing process.

Nice Property - Hawthorne

Hawthorne at Southside is an amazing place to live! The community is clean, quiet, and well maintained, and the apartments are modern and comfortable. The staff is friendly, professional, and always quick to help with anything you need. Maintenance requests are handled promptly, which really shows how much they care about residents. The location is also super convenient, with easy access to shopping, dining, and major roads. Overall, it’s a great community with a welcoming atmosphere—I highly... recommend Hawthorne at Southside to anyone looking for a great place to call home!

5 Star Property

Living here feels like hitting the housing jackpot! The community is clean, friendly, and actually feels like home. The staff is helpful and welcoming, maintenance is quick, and the amenities make everyday life way more enjoyable. It’s quiet when you want to relax, but still has a great community vibe. I’m really happy to live here and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and stress-free place to call home!

Tour

Came in for a tour today and Tabitha and Cara were so welcoming and offered me coffee. I love the basketball court and the two pools. I am not moving in until June but this is definitely on the top of my lists.
