Best Apartments In Weaverville!

When I lived at Hawthrone at Weaverville the community was stunning! The grounds were always spotless, the maintenance guys Zach and Gary were quick and professional, and the office was responsive and friendly! The weekly events were always so fun and a great way to make friends with our neighbors! Our apartment was spacious and filled with light! I loved my time at Hawthorne at Weaverville and hope to come back! Would recommend this community to anytime looking to live in Weaverville!

Favorite Apartment Community

Everything here from the staff to the apartments and amenities is just top notch. Bethany & Tahliah are incredibly kind and helpful in the office. They do such a great job with events and managing the property. Maintenance is just as spectacular and prompt. 10 out of 10 recommend!

Loving the Hawthorne Vibes

The Hawthorne at Weaverville is perfectly located if you want to be close to all the happenings but with the small town vibes. The property is well kept, the management team is friendly, and the apartments themselves are beautiful.

Great

The location is great and the grounds are absolutely beautiful. Management and maintenance does such a wonderful job in caring for the property. You truly have a sense of community here.
