Cary Pines Apartments

This place was easy to call home. It's safe, quiet, clean, friendly, convenient distances to stores and well, just a lovely place. It was well worth my time here.

While living at Cary pine apartments I’ve noticed rent prices are good, we have reliable maintenance and good amenities! Staff members are also helpful with certain things. They also have a good variety of layouts to choose from.

Good the raccoons in between the forest when get close to the townhouse my brothers love it.. the house is beautiful and is a really calm place to live

There is no security in this area. Once, someone broke the windows of my work van and stole all my tools—around $2,000 worth of equipment.

I hate that they tow cars so easily. Sometimes you get unexpected visits and you’re constantly worried about whether your car is still in the parking lot. There should be an option to get a permit online, so you can register your car at any time without having to go to the offices and deal with the bad attitude of the people who work there.

The maintenance... service is terrible. One time my washer broke down and it took them almost a month to fix it. They kept doing trial and error to see if they could solve the problem, and in the end the “solution” was to buy a new one. Read More

I have enjoyed living here at Cary Pines for the last 6 and half years. It’s a quiet, conveniently located community with necessary amenities. The staff are nice and maintenance is helpful when called upon. I feel safe here and would recommend the community to others.
