Getting all the information that I need submitted was a little bumpy but I got it done. I say that only because I'm not technology smart. And I'm one of those people who need to communicate one-on-one with a human being. I feel their communication for talking to someone on the phone it's not good and that needs to be improved a lot. I have called numbers of times and did not connect with a human being, only a machine and that was frustrating, there was things I need to know so I could handle it... and get everything do and if I was doing it right.

Need to beef up pest control. German roach problem has gotten worst this year. Its never been this bad. Hopefully it gets rectified. If not, I'm afraid I may have to look elsewhere after the lease is up. Its disheartening, because I do like the area.

Staff is nice but we can't use amenities we're paying for. The pool was open for about two days before they closed it again because they didn't want to clean it. We can't use one of our bathrooms because maintenance never responded to our request from months ago.
