I wanted to take a few weeks before submitting my thoughts about The Pointe at Heritage.

First, the office team is wonderful- they are attentive to detail and actually care about the community!

The residents (from my experience) are also wonderful as they treat the complex not only as a rental community but also as their home.

The management team goes above and beyond to encourage that sense of community by sponsoring a number of events to engage the residents in that sense of community- and... the residents respond accordingly .

From my observation, both the management team and residents treat each other with the respect that (traditionally) good neighbors do.

Love it here. Love all the events and amenities. Everything is close to the apartment. You don’t have to go far. Everything that you need is here . The pool is great

I absolutely love this community. This is my favorite community since being in North Carolina for the past six years. The management team as well as the maintenance team are very responsive. The community is always well kept, and the neighbors are extremely polite.

The Maintence crew are great! Sometimes I call the office and nobody answers the phone. The i go to the office and there are 3 girls not answering the phone.

Fast and easy process with applying and moving in. Can’t wait to build memories and start a lot of new beginnings here. The renovation in the apartment is beautiful. Wish the balcony was a tad bigger but over all I love the apartment so far.
