My husband and I moved into BPR last March. During this first year, we have had to adjust to apartment living—not easy after owning our own home. Now, we can't imagine calling any other place our home. This year Bell Preston is mandating or enforcing to pay $5 package service charges monthly which is on top of the parcel pending subscription not sure why they want to do that, it is inconvenient service, I have lost a couple of parcels in this process rather delivering at the door step. Also, they have increased pest control services from $3 to $5 monthly which is hardly done unless been told to. They keep on adding some or other charges outside the base rent.

I love it here because it's VERY safe, good diversity and convenient to so many venues.
