Great living here. Staff and maintenance are receptive. I don’t like the new parking situation since there were only issues at one building. All buildings shouldn’t be punished. I wish there were a bit more incentives with rent being so high, but it’s cheaper here than most places.

Overcrowded Parking

I came home this evening after work to find there was no open parking near my building. I had to park 2 buildings away!

Recently this complex was transferred to AIR Communities and they came in with the bright idea to do parking lot stenciling for about 30% of the property (Not all the spots).

In order to have a a reserved parking spot (none where reserved near my building) you pay and ADDITIONAL $30 per month to park where you pay rent!

Instead of issuing parking decals to residents with... registered vehicles. There's all types of wagons, trailors, company vehicles and trailer beds taking up spots. How does one know whos supposed to be here?

There aren't even any marked Visitor spots!

This has been the icing on the cake!

I have been here for almost 3 years now and it's getting worse than it was under previous management.
