Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM, and if noise levels exceed 80 decibels for more than 10 consecutive minutes, guests will be fined $2,500, removed from the property immediately, and their reservation will be canceled without refund. Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the premises, and if a smoke detector is tampered with, disabled, or triggered due to smoking, guests will be fined $2,500 and removed from the property immediately without refund. Unauthorized guests will result in a $500 fine per person, immediate removal from the property, and cancellation of the reservation without refund. Guests are responsible for disposing of all trash and recycling in the designated dumpsters, and any violation of this policy will result in a $500 fine. Any violation of the core rules will result in immediate removal from the property and non-refundable cancellation of your reservation. Mail or packages may not be delivered directly to the unit under any circumstances. Guests must vacate the property by the agreed-upon checkout time, and unauthorized late checkouts are considered trespassing and may result in additional charges or police involvement. The primary guest must be at least 21 years old, and failure to complete the identity verification process will result in cancellation of your reservation without refund. Bringing undisclosed pets into the unit may result in a minimum $500 fine and cancellation of your stay without refund.
