No drop-by, unregistered guests unless pre-approved by the host. No parking or driving on the lawn; damage to the lawn or sprinkler system will be charged to the guest. Use of the fireplace is not allowed. Smoking or vaping of any kind is not allowed in the house/garage and will result in a $500 fine for deep cleaning; smoking is allowed outside in the backyard only. A pool/spa remote is required to control the settings and will incur an $800 charge if lost. ID verification and a $1000 security hold or a $99 damage waiver (for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2.5 per day for stays longer than 10 nights) are required prior to check-in. For stays longer than 10 nights, full housekeeping service is required once per week, either performed by the guest or the host's professional cleaning team for an additional fee. Failure to comply with the weekly housekeeping requirement may result in additional cleaning charges or penalties.
