There is absolutely no smoking of any kind allowed in the house. If evidence of smoking inside is found, a $500 fine will be assessed. Quiet hours are from 9PM to 8AM. Corporate and social parties/events are allowed only with pre-approval from the trusted partner, and additional fees apply. No more than 12 guests are allowed unless pre-approved by the partner. There should be no drop-by, unregistered guests unless pre-approved by the partner. There should be no parking or driving on the lawn. If traveling with a pet, an additional $300 per pet per stay fee applies. Complaints from a neighbor will result in immediate cancellation of your stay without refund.
