Great location
I been living here for a year. Marta and the maintenance guy are good, friendly people. I will recommend this property because of them and the location.

Bad
Loud, trashy, inconsiderate neighbors. They throw beer bottles and garbage all over the parking lots and roads. A man living in the 2606 building lets his pit bull run around with no leash when small children and small dogs are out. Eight people crammed into two bedroom apartments screaming and stomping 24 hours a day, shaking the entire building. One of my neighbors sounds like they run an illegal daycare out of their apartment. Thumping bass all night. Gunshots. Smells like weed and people who... don’t bathe. Management doesn’t care. Walls are so thin you can hear your neighbors go to the bathroom. You would probably have an equal amount of peace living in a box under the freeway.
