Living at Cortland NoDa has been an amazing experience. The staff truly makes this place feel like home they’re friendly, attentive, and genuinely care about the residents. The resident events are hands down some of the best I’ve experienced they’re thoughtfully planned and actually make it easy to connect and feel part of a community.
The NoDa area itself is growing fast, which means the food options just keep getting better. There’s an ever-expanding mix of great spots, especially local... brands which I think gives the neighborhood some character and flavor. It’s the kind of place where there’s always something new to try or explore.
If you’re someone who loves venture off or explore around where you live, I would absolutely recommend this community.

I advise anyone looking to move in to look at the recent Google reviews and what is being said. The most recent one regarding someone banging on a woman’s door early in the morning due to rejection, and Cortland Staff doing nothing about it, scares me as a woman who lives alone. Cortland staff know that there are problems with amenities and resident behavior in this building but they don’t address it due to lack of commitment to their job or favoritism of residents. Cortland Corporate needs to... evaluate how things are done here lately and improve policies to better protect residents.

If you don’t mind a gross property, and gaslighting at premium prices. Then this property might be for you. This is not at all a luxury apartment complex. Almost every single appliance was changed in our unit within the first year. Mind you this building is only 5/6 years old. And to be quite honest, I have a washer and dryer that should be switched out, but I’m tired of complaining. It took me a year solid to convince them that our air conditioning wasn’t working, and for them to fix it. It... literally had to catch on fire for them to do something about it, and then they told me it didn’t. My partner was home working thankfully so nothing horrible happened. Bottom line if you wanna market and charge me as a luxury brand. I’m paying to not argue about maintenance, general cleanliness of the building, smells/temperature of the hallways. That’s implied as your job as a luxury management team.

I’ve been living at Cortland NoDa for a few months now and I can say that it has been pretty great so far. Everyone I’ve met here, both staff and residents, have been incredibly nice and open. The amenities, while not being the biggest, are great (my only issue being that one grill). Honestly 10/10 would recommend.
