It’s disappointing that Cortland does not take fixing community items seriously. There are currently multiple items broken or not working correctly across the building community. This building needs to step it up in order to compete with other buildings.

Living at Cortland NoDa has been an amazing experience. The staff truly makes this place feel like home they’re friendly, attentive, and genuinely care about the residents. The resident events are hands down some of the best I’ve experienced they’re thoughtfully planned and actually make it easy to connect and feel part of a community.

The NoDa area itself is growing fast, which means the food options just keep getting better. There’s an ever-expanding mix of great spots, especially local... brands which I think gives the neighborhood some character and flavor. It’s the kind of place where there’s always something new to try or explore.

If you’re someone who loves venture off or explore around where you live, I would absolutely recommend this community.
