I’ve lived at Courtland Wren Northlake for nearly a year, and I’m truly impressed with how the community is run. The staff treat residents like family, and I feel welcomed and valued every day. I am especially grateful for Jamal R.—since moving here, he has been incredibly helpful, thoughtful, and attentive. This is a very affordable and nice community located in Northlake CLT

Nathan really cares for finding a solution to any problem that is at hand. He’s really patient and really educated on anything that comes on place. He’s really a good person inside and out. You can tell he cares and loves his job and loves helping people.

Would not recommend living on the phase 2 side. Phase 1 wasn’t so bad but the overall experience has declined so maybe it’s just okay too.

From the moment of my first visit I knew this was the place for me. The location and a sense of peace comes over me every time I come home. I hope to be able to live here for at least another year or two.
