Cortland Wren Northlake

My living experience with Cortland has been amazing. The neighbors are friendly, and the staff has always been great. My only concern is the pool in Phase Two.

Unfortunately, there are often people using the pool who do not live in the community, and I don’t mean guests accompanied by a resident. There are also children who come over from across the street without any parental supervision. It takes away from the experience for residents and raises safety concerns. Property is decent, units are nicely laid out, almost no sound proofing in the units, i can hear a dog 2 floors down barking like hes sitting next to me and the office staff may be the worst in charlotte outside of jamal. He is very nice but his hands are tied with what he is able to help with

Cortland Wren is a great community to choose. The amenities are some of the best and staff has always been professional and courteous with every interaction. The location is very convenient and the neighbors keep to themselves.

My apartment receives all kinds of smoking. I tried to resolve this with management, but they are not helpful at all. I just hope time passes quickly so I can get out of here and stop inhaling secondhand smoke

The apartments are very spacious, and the location is awesome. A great place to live and call home.
