Cortland Wren Northlake has been much nicer, safer, and cleaner than other Cortland properties I’ve experienced. The staff is friendly, and even their “older” side of their property is still very nice clean and updated. Overall it’s a great value for the price of rent for the quiet safe and elevated community.

Wonderful Community

I’ve lived at Courtland Wren Northlake for nearly a year, and I’m truly impressed with how the community is run. The staff treat residents like family, and I feel welcomed and valued every day. I am especially grateful for Jamal R.—since moving here, he has been incredibly helpful, thoughtful, and attentive. Jamal consistently goes above and beyond for the residents, and I want to make sure his outstanding customer service is recognized. On several occasions, his dedication and professionalism... have really stood out, and I genuinely appreciate everything he does. I hope that he is blessed beyond measure for being such a blessing to us!
