Decent apartment for the price. I’ve lived here for almost 2.5 years. I would say the older apartments operate like an older apartment which is fine. I wish maintenance would actually come fix our ice maker and our floor where there was a water leak. We have huge water stains on our floor and maintenance pretty much said “you just gotta live with it”. The area within the complex is just dirty. Mostly due to residents but I feel like there’s not enough staff to really keep the place up and... looking really nice like it should for living in Ballentyne. We pay for amenities that half the time don’t work or are disgusting (pool) and the trash is always overflowing. It works right but it could be so much better is just my over all feel.

Trash Cigarette butts, bottle caps, candy wrappers, etc. everywhere! Heaven & hell just blows everything into the bushes! Nobody knows how to pick up trash or dog poop!! Just walk around in the grass!!
