Too many Extra Fees Upgrades in the home are cheap and they have way too many extra forced fees on you. $3,200 per month is nuts for a small townhome that they refuse to mulch and maintain grounds in.

It's a place to live Rent going up faster than folks income! The latest fiasco is the wifi situation. I love competition but this was not due to competition...not sure what caused it. Information has been terrible. 95% of people stream their content these days so to mess with someones entertainment is NO BUENO! And still to this point, we don't know if this service will be tacked onto our rent or what. Crappy way to do AN ENTIRE COMMUNITY! Last straw....but that's what they want is to raise... folks rent so they can remodel the units that have not been so far so they can go up even more. ??
