Do not be deceived!!!
This neighborhood has gone downhill tremendously in the last six months due to a lack of management. When residents complain about loud neighbors, Lori says she doesn’t want to say anything to them because they feel like they’re being “harassed,” even though addressing these issues is part of a property manager’s job.
If you enjoy living in a neighborhood where the police are present almost daily for disturbances, where you can hear neighbors fighting constantly and even witness serious... domestic incidents, then this might be the place for you. The noise is constant—you can hear every word of the shows neighbors are watching because the TVs are turned up extremely loud. There are also dogs barking at all hours of the day and night.
On top of that, residents frequently have to dodge dog waste when walking up to the building because pet owners are not cleaning up after their animals. Unfortunately, these issues continue because management does not enforce community standards or address complaints appropriately.
Another major concern is the extremely high water bill. When residents ask Lori about it, there is little to no response or explanation. The homes are also poorly insulated, which makes them extremely cold in the winter and causes heating costs and electric bills to skyrocket.
Additionally, there is a serious spider problem that does not appear to be properly addressed. Management places the responsibility on the pest control company but they place it on management for not clearing the walk ways of the spiders webs, which they say contributes to the spider infestation.
Overall, the quality of life here has significantly declined, and the lack of proper management has made the environment stressful and unpleasant for residents.
