Maintenance My AC went out in my apt and they were on it within 15 minutes and had it fixed about an hour later.

AC blowing hot air I am very appreciative for maintenance technician Carlos who was on call this past 4th of July weekend when my AC decided to blow hot air around 10-11 pm @ night.

I submitted a request late Thursday night and followed up on the after hours line on Friday morning.
Carlos called me right away and was at the apartment in no time.
He was not able to fix the issue right away, but he was able to provide a temporary solution.
He provided a portable AC, and made sure the place... cooled off before leaving. He returned on Saturday morning to make sure it was still cool because it was a very hot weekend

Early Monday morning I received a call from the property manager Ms. Luz to make sure I was doing okay and to inquire if it was a good time for the maintenance team to drop in to work on the AC system.

The team showed up and Juan got my system back up and running, he listened to my concerns and proceeded accordingly.
The blinds were also replaced I believe by Felix don't quote me on the name, I work from home so I appreciate that he worked quietly and that it was completed efficiently in just a few minutes.

All in I'll say thanks to everyone involved because they were understanding and professional.
My system was back up and running in a couple of hours way before noon and as of right now it's still working ??

Very efficient Work order was completed promptly and done seamlessly.

Master Bathroom There was a problem in the Master Bathroom and I called the office midday, it was still taken care of that afternoon. I don't think we've ever had a complaint. The maintenance team is awesome. Luz and Kelly are amazing in the office.
