The family that lives above us have children and they stomp, jump, do flips, and god knows whatever else that makes it sound like that are dropping bowling balls all the time especially after 10 pm. I don’t know if the parents are asleep and the children just run free but I have complained and it continues to happen and my BF and I wake up at 4am for work and it’s hard to sleep with that going on until 12-1 am several times a week. I know kids will be kids but come on now, please control you... children enough is enough already.

Here’s a calm, professional, and empathetic response you can post as management. It acknowledges the frustration without assigning blame and shows you’re taking it seriously.
We understand how frustrating ongoing noise issues can be, especially when... they interfere with your ability to rest before early workdays. We truly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience.
While we recognize that community living comes with some level of everyday noise, we also expect all residents to be mindful of our quiet hours and to be respectful of their neighbors, particularly late in the evening. What you’ve described is not something we take lightly, and we’re sorry to hear that this has continued despite previous concerns.
We encourage you to reach out to our office directly if you haven’t already, so we can look into this further and work toward a resolution. Our goal is for everyone in our community to feel comfortable and at home, and we’re committed to addressing situations like this as appropriately and fairly as possible.
Thank you again for bringing this to our attention, and we hope to have the opportunity to assist you further.
