Having lived in this complex for the 10 years, I’ve had the opportunity to truly experience what it means to be part of a community. Over the years, this has been a place where I’ve built memories, watched the neighborhood change, and created a sense of stability and familiarity.

I’ve seen many neighbors come and go, along with several property managers and assistant managers. What stands out about the current management team is their dedication to bringing the community together through... events and opportunities for residents to connect. We absolutely love it here!! The leasing office staff is so nice and the maintenance staff not only responds fast but is also super nice and helpful

Definitely enjoy staying nothing to complain about great grounds up keep and very quiet. Really enjoy the events they throw all the time as well.

The family that lives above us have children and they stomp, jump, do flips, and god knows whatever else that makes it sound like that are dropping bowling balls all the time especially after 10 pm. I don’t know if the parents are asleep and the children just run free but I have complained and it continues to happen and my BF and I wake up at 4am for work and it’s hard to sleep with that going on until 12-1 am several times a week. The community is very quiet, at least I can rest since I work part of the night. The apartment has a few minor issues, such as the water draining slowly from the sink and lots of mosquitoes coming in through the terrace. Otherwise, everything is fine. Thank you, Waterlinn.
