It was ok. Apartment is a little smaller than I thought. I did not get to view before I moved it but was given the option to transfer at a higher rate

We really enjoy living here. Location is unbeatable. Simple amenities do the job! The pond and experiencing all the natural wildlife brings me such happiness. Established complex that has great vegetation and beautiful trees provide a real neighborhood vibe; plus its well maintained and improvements are always happening. It’s small enough that they know your name and get to know you on an individual basis. Complex is quiet and everyone keeps to themselves and avoids drama. Kim, Robin and... Kayla are beyond helpful and empathetic and provide a relaxed and welcoming place to stop by. Maintenance team? Amazing. Issues are taken care of with in a day if not the same day. Damian, Yonan and Niles are so friendly and willing to make things right. They are trustworthy and love my dog Luna just as much as if she were theirs. Great price point. Don’t waste your time and money being just another apartment number somewhere else, give Brookside 17 a chance!

I've lived here for 12 years and it's quiet and convenient. I've never had a problem. It's close to Walmart and other stores. Some even in walking distance.

I like how there are a lot of trees, it adds to more of a home feeling than just an apartment. My neighbors are always nice and friendly. I wish there was a playground for the kids in the neighborhood so they can stop playing in the dumpster. I also wish there was a bigger pool or a second pool instead of two dog parks, since the pool gets super crowded. I would like there to be an option on the Loft app to help with complaints. I would also like the parking to be better. The parking spots are... so tiny that you have to squeeze into your car. Then people who don’t live in your building still park in front of your building so you have to walk half a mile to get to your door! There needs something to be done for the parking. I’m not sure if we need assigned spots per apartment and extra parking on the far side for guests. But it’s getting ridiculous, that if I don’t get home a little after 5 pm then I have no parking space left for me..
