Please do not be fooled by the positive reviews, those are all fake. They are made by the office people and their family members. Every year expect a new property manager as well as new leasing agents, that shows just how “great” the company is. The leasing office never answers the phones, Crystal Dixon in particular is extremely unprofessional and will hang up the phone on you and not answer your calls afterwards. Maintenance does quick repairs and the amount of water bugs and spiders is... ridiculous! Also make sure to document EVERYTHING through email especially because they love to act like they don’t know what you’re talking about. Before you make any payments make sure to take a look at your ledger as they add additional fees EVERY MONTH. The property is definitely not what it used to be years ago, it is now extremely unprofessional and overall not a good place to live. They change out managers and leasing agents every month, that shows you just how “great” of a complex it truly is. The leasing office never answers the phones, especially Crystal Dixon who will hang up on you... and not answer any further calls from you. I have lived at this apartment community for a year now and the staff has always been super helpful and it’s a very prime location. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a new apartment home.

I love the staff here, especially the property manager!

This place is falling apart and they are calling this place luxury. I was shown the renovated apartment and then was moved into one of the old ones that the cabinetry is mildewing and falling apart. Plus, i have asked for my toilet to be fixed multiple times and all they did was put a zip tie on it and it is still not running properly. Don't waste your time or money.
