Lived there a few years. Went downhill. Loud 2am parties in the parking lot. Screaming neighbors. Several robberies. Broken A C. Apartment flooded 4 times from rain and neighbors. 3” of standing water. Ruined my stuff. Then charged me for ruined flooded carpet at move-out. Overpriced apartment for so much crap.

We've been living here for almost 3 years now! The price that we pay for the amount of space is a good bang for your buck. Whenever we have issues, maintenance staff gets to it as soon as they can, We understand that not everything is perfect and not all residents are going to be happy,but no place is perfect. Pest Control is done every 3 months and if we need a spray sooner, all we have to do is call. Thank you Chason Ridge for making this a special place to live. Special shout out to Ladies... in the office. Ya'll make it happen!

It’s a great place to live, pet friendly, pool, bbq on hand, gym & laundry also have laundry connection in apartment. Staff makes sure everyone is taken care of and that the place remains a safe place for everyone. Close to shopping which is a plus. Oh did I mention they have a on site park & basketball court ! It’s pretty great but come see for yourself :) worth every penny.

I have lived here for over almost 2 years now, and just renewed for another year, and might I say, this is truly the best place to live. The apartments are roomy so you don’t ever feel cramped. I like the fact that this is a no smoking complex. (Which just means you can’t smoke inside your home they have smoking benches) this is the one place that accepts majority of all dog breeds, no matter th size. And, the leasing staff are amazing. They always remember you by name, and always have a smile.... This place also comes with a pool, on site laundry area, and of course a gym and ect. I highly recommend this place to everyone. It truly is home sweet home.
