I just recently moved in. The property is in a great location, and a pretty quiet area. It’s in close proximity to schools, restaurants and shopping. The property looks like it has been kept up well. I like that there’s a workout facility and bikes on-site. They have an awards program for residents. So far, it’s been a good experience!

The area is a great to live. Convenient to the local schools, stores and the bus stop is close to the complex.
Staff is friendly and professional. If I have a maintenance issue; it is fixed at a timely matter. Noise level is what is expected at an apartment complex. Overall, I’m happy living at Heather Park Apartment Homes.

Very nice place to live and friendly Quiet and peaceful! Recommended to many people whose seeking A Good Area and community to live. The gym needs an Upgrade but that’s about it.

New shrubs planted should enhance the appearance in time. Still experiencing trash left on the landings each weekend- months have passed and no action taken against offenders! ;(
