Great place to live, but they will gouge you for money if they get a chance. I love living here but they will do things i dont agree with. They will put stickers on your car if their choice for parking enforcement deems your car is not up to legal standards such as tags or taxes which they have no legal authority to determine. I lived here for three years and the cheap little fob they gave me broke and fell off my keychain. They charged me $50 for a replacement. They also never do anything about... the majority of the pet owners that don't clean up after their pets. They also do not inform the residents of criminal activity that could possibly affect their safety. Read More

Gate Issues There are time where entering in our code does not open the gate, causing a pile up at the gate and us havingbto walk out and use our fob to let in guests

It’s really safe It’s really nice to be able to walk to the mailboxes and to walk around And take my trash out in the hall

The apartments were very nice, love the area. And love the workers at the leasing office they were very nice and welcoming.

Maintenance completed after second request My first request explained what was wrong with the ceiling fan but the maintenance department closed the ticket stating there was nothing wrong with the fan. I had to call the office to let them know that there was in fact an issue with the ceiling fan and explain what was wrong. MyAsia did a great job of handling the situation and was able to get the maintenance team to go back and fix the issue.
