Lodge at Lakeshore

When I first found about lodge at lakeshore I had sent in an inquiry and jimmy responded immediately on his day off and sent me everything I needed to know and a virtual tour and we scheduled an in person tour.
We met and I instantly knew this is where I wanted to be he was kind very personable and professional he walked me through out the whole process which made the move easier.
I have been at lodge at lakeshore for over a month now and nothing has changed ever same great customer service... any questions you have he will get them answered and any maintenance requests gets done with urgency jimmy and his team is the best and I recommend to all looking for an apartment home. I've lived here for about a week now and I am happy with my experience so far. My first interaction with the property manager, Jimmy, were great. He immediately answered the phone when I called (unheard of for most landlords) and answers every email within an hour (usually minutes). The move-in process was easy: I filled out the paperwork and showed up the morning of and he handed me the keys. Jimmy also provided a gift bag of garlic bread and spaghetti for your first night's meal, which was so... wholesome and thoughtful. Walmart and target are a 5 minute drive one way and there's a food lion and dollar store 8 minutes the other way. The property itself is in really good shape. Good landscaping. People pick up after their dogs. The few tenants I've interacted with have been polite to me. It's right next to a highway so there's nothing can be done about the traffic noise, but it's otherwise pretty quiet here. My apartment is nice and had been thoroughly cleaned before I moved in--Jimmy also put in one of those glade plug-in air freshener things. I've seen a few small house spiders inside my apartment, but I leave them alone since they eat other bugs. More importantly though, I've seen zero roaches or ants inside. The Lodge at Lakeshore has been great so far. It is a small community, and everyone has been friendly so far. But what sets it apart from other places is the property manager, Jimmy. He is very communicative, is easy to get in touch with, and is quick to respond to emails. I had no issues with the application process, or with obtaining info about the property and amenities.

The Lodge at Lakeshore is a really nice place. With the lake and all the beautiful trees, you’d never know it was in a city, but it’s very close to everything you’d need. There are a lot of beautiful birds around, and the lake even has a swan. The neighbors are quiet, a lot of young professionals and nice families. Jimmy in the office is good guy; he always remembers your name and puts together little treat bags for us. Dragan, the maintenance guy, is very fast and knowledgeable.
