Smoking or vaping is not allowed indoors, including cigarettes, marijuana, or e-cigarettes, and any cleaning or damage costs will be charged to the primary guest. No parties or events are allowed, and loud music, rambunctious gatherings, or excessive cars disturbing neighbors are strictly prohibited.
