Tour

This was my first stop apartment hunting I'm new to the area, right when I walked im Shima was high energy and super sweet! The property is beautiful!

Poor management

The have poor management, I have lived there for a year, signed in again and have had a lot of issues with the AC. If you don’t go directly to the office, they don’t pay attention to the work orders (not even calling works, as the office tell you to be patient)

Shima was great!!

I had a great experience touring the one-bedroom apartment at The Vive. Shima was wonderful she was friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions. She made the entire tour enjoyable and informative. I would definitely recommend scheduling a tour with her!
