The Vive at Kellswater

I moved in Oct 2025 so far everything is good. The process of moving in had minor little issues but nothing overboard. Manager Tiffany kept me informed and continued to make the transition wonderful. Since then I really haven’t had any issues. Except a little minor issue with a work order but once again Tiffany was understandable and handled it. Great place to live my building is amazing.

These apartments are terrible! They will show you a beautiful model, but if you walk through any other building unit, the maintenance team does not upkeep it. The staff in the office do not last more than a couple of months. You can write work orders, but they are being closed out without being completed. If I had a complain about three things it would be the trash, the smell, and the bad lighting. Also cars are broken into.

We sold our home and needed a short term lease while in transition to our permanent residence. Our closing date changed a few times and Francisco was more than helpful in getting us in an apartment at just the right time. When we moved in, there were some things that needed to be fixed and the maintenance & mgmt. teams faddressed them all quickly.

I have lived in several apartments but none nearly as bad as this one. They say towing is enforced yet people parked illegally constantly. Parking is awful there!! Gates didn't work for the whole two years I lived there even though they advertised it as a gated community. Half the time, management didn't know how to answer questions or I'd get different answers from different people. For the most part, my neighbors were quiet, at least. People never picked up after their pets. Management would... always send out emails about fining people for it but they never did any good. Maintenance guys were nice but only did a maintenance check once a year, the air vent filters really needed to be changed more than once a year. I don't recommend this place.
