Corporate and social parties or events are allowed only with pre-approval. No more than 10 guests are allowed unless pre-approved. No drop-by, unregistered guests are allowed unless pre-approved. Do not park or drive on the lawn; damage to the lawn or sprinkler system will be charged. Street parking is prohibited; guests must use the area in front of or to the side of the house. The fireplace is not for guest use. Absolutely no smoking or vaping of any kind is allowed in the house or garage, which will result in a $500 fine for deep cleaning; smoking is allowed outside in the backyard only, and cigarette butts must be discarded responsibly. Quiet hours are from 9 pm to 8 am; please respect the neighbors, as complaints will result in immediate cancellation without refund. This property has a Ring camera that monitors the front of the property, and an additional exterior Ring camera monitors the backyard deck and side entrance; both cameras are visible, record video/audio, and will be on during every reservation.
