Better communication I recently signed a lease to move in with my fiancé and we started the process in April and it’s now almost the end of July and I just now finally got signed. Which is absolutely ridiculous because he would email you guys and you would either not follow up or say that nothing has been agreed processed even though we have all the documentation and receipts indicating that you did in fact receive it and every time we went in person to check on it we would get the same answer.... Even when we went in person there was no communication between the email thread and the front office so no one knew what was going on and in the end what was supposed to be an easy, quick process turned into multiple months of back and forth and not getting any answers. Tour My tour guide was great and she answered all my questions

Overall poor experience in my year and a half here When I have reported issues in the past, my concerns had been ignored almost every time. I would report an issue and no follow up. I would be told I would get a call back and no call back. I just stopped reporting things and learned to live with it because the staff is unresponsive and unhelpful. Also, the property is inconsistent to enforcement of rules and the complex is not well maintained with trash, dog fesces, etc. Unfortunately not a... luxurious experience as advertised. Finally my current rental rate is higher than what is offered online to a new resident which I believe is not very ethical and doesn’t reward tenants for staying long term. Unfortunately I wouldn’t recommend someone to live here if asked and am moving out when my lease is up. Read More

I had a hard time finding the right community at the right price but I stumbled onto Wesley and what a great experience it has been so far! The office staff is attentive, maintenance are friendly and prompt and the events are always an awesome way to connect with your neighbors (because people actually go to these!)
Highly recommend renting here!
