Mayfaire Flats is a great apartment complex. The office staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly and the maintenance staff is great. All issues if any are addressed in a timely manner.

While I do like Mayfaire Flats improvements could be made! The hallways in the building need to be professionally painted and cleaned. With the amount of rent people pay they have the funds to take care of this. In my 3 years here the hallways have never been painted or cleaned professionally.

The apartment works well for my 96 year old mom. I am currently her caretaker, but if things don’t improve I will look elsewhere. The rent just went up again too!

I just moved in, apt. Unseen til now and I’m blown away at the quality and design … my place feels like a home and not a rental. The community surroundings and ALL the amenities are amazing! Feels as if I’m at a resort ??. I couldn’t be happier.

Mayfaire Flats is a great apartment complex. The office and maintenance staff are very friendly and they respond to requests quickly. Apartments are very functional and beautiful. Having not lived in an apartment before I was worried about the noise level with your neighbors but I have been pleasantly surprised and can say I have not had any issues with this. In fact I can say I have not heard any noise from any connecting apartments which means these apartments are well constructed. Grounds... are well maintained and the location is great. Easy to get to downtown, beach and surrounding areas.

The grounds are nice. Hallways are also clean. Management reactive, valet trash removal is a bit picky, almost annoying. Parking is also an issue, as a person over 70, it's tough to find a convenient space. I
