Great location and very nice amenities. The parking situation isn’t really ideal and makes having guests very difficult. Would love to see more done with the community space, like games and things of that nature

definitely going down hill in the last year or so with packages being taken, cars being gone through. Seems like standards have been laxed and let in some of the riff raff.

The number one best thing about Sawmill Point is the awesome office staff and the site maintenance folks. All excellent, helpful, supremely kind and courteous.
Next best things are the place is gorgeous, has a great view of the river, and great amenities. There are two kinds of pool: a warm water outdoor pool, and a nice indoor pool table. Excellent gym and a free coffee machine with gourmet choices. (but, bring your own cup:).
I plan to renew my lease!
