I love the community here, and the staff are extremely nice and helpful. Every request I have submitted has been handled in a timely manner. The amenities are very useful and extremely enjoyable. The location and sunsets are unbeatable.

The staff here has been amazing to be around day to day. Doggo swimming days made me love the apartment more. The amenities are always in use and ready to go.

My wife and I keep having the realization that we are soooo happy with picking out Sawmill Point to live at. We weigh the other options we had and always agree we made the best chose to move in here to start our life in Wilmington, NC !!
