I have very much enjoyed my experience with Sawmill Point. It has been the best apartment living experience I've had in Wilmington. The location and amenities makes it unmatched, in my opinion. Staff is extremely responsive to maintenance requests - they fixed an issue I was having in less than an hour from when I submitted the work order!

I’ve had a wonderful experience living in this apartment community. The location is great —close to everything I need while still feeling peaceful and comfortable. The amenities are well-maintained and genuinely make day-to-day life easier and more enjoyable.

What really sets this place apart is the staff. Everyone I’ve interacted with has been nice and incredibly efficient. They respond quickly, and follow up thoroughly and truly care about residents’ comfort.

I love living here! Maintenance is super responsive and all staff care about each resident. I love the mail system ease and all the resident events. My only negative is there is no mirrors on the upper garage floors so parking can be stressful as it’s quite tight in there.
