I have been a resident of The Edge Flats for more than 4 years. I love the roomy, light filled, and well laid out apartments, the location, the amenities, and the staff. We have a terrific gym, lounge and ping pong table, and swimming pool. The in unit clothes washers and dryers are very heavy duty. The grills and hammocks are terrific too. After 30 years of home-ownership, life at The Edge is like a vacation!

I love living at The Edge in Winston Salem! The staff, location, and amenities are all terrific. I love the big light filled rooms, the gym, the lounges, the ping pong table, and the outdoor spaces including the courtyard, the pool, and the hammocks!
