Flexible Lease Terms

We picked Ashland because of the flexible lease terms they offered. We did not want to be tied down to a long term lease while we searched for a house.

The staff is friendly, the apartment is comfortable, maintenance is quick to fix any issues and the price is right!

Home Sweet Home

We moved in a few months ago and have settled in nicely. These units are clean and well taken care of. Issues are handled VERY quickly and questions are always answered nicely and promptly. The staff is VERY good. We are very happy we chose Ashland!

Best place I’ve lived

Ashland apartments are beautiful and clean. Buildings always looking nice. Office staff is amazing they will get things done quickly when you ask. On call staff is so quick and friendly. They made my move in lovely and fast. I don’t have anything bad to say about them! I will be staying with them for a long time as I love everything they have provided me and done for me.
