How Is This Rating Determined?

Proceed with caution

Okay so listen, this place is one of the best looking apartments in the area but our experience was not that great. We lived there for only a few months and the fire alarm went off twice, also the pool is being redone so both pools are unavailable. We wanted to rent there because of the pool so that was such a disappointment. Then when we decided to move out they through a bunch of charges on us. So it’s nice while it last but yikes never again.

Wonderful

From the moment I walked into Cardinal Point, I knew I was home. The staff has been wonderful to work with, the apartment was sparkling clean when we arrived and the amenities are a nice bonus for us. Highly recommend Cardinal Point!!

Friendly Staff, Great Amenities, Perfect Location

The headline says it all. We went for a tour and were very pleased with the staff at the leasing office. They’re friendly and helpful. Additionally, the amenities were perfect and to me, it’s a great location! Right by Target ?? We are certainly considering it in our apartment search!

Worth it!

Cardinal Point is such a beautiful building with so much to offer! The units are so nicely designed and well maintained. The building is well kept and so clean! The office is always so helpful and sweet whenever I go in there
