Tiburon Ridge

We spent a few months looking at different apartments. Tiburon Ridge was high on our list. When we made the appointment to tour, it was a no brainer. The location, the amenities, and the community is what won us over. We love the app and the ability to connect with each other and also all of the events they have to keep us engaged as a community. We love the pool! They offer so many services too. We wanted to go somewhere where the price was well worth it. With everything they offer, it was an... easy decision. This apartment is by far the best. From the staff to the community. Highly recommend.

This property has been our favorite Omaha property by far. We have moved several times over the last 5 years and rented from a handful of management companies. This property, staff, amenities, location, and other tenants take the cake.

Maintenance is quick in their responses, the leasing office is always hosting some kind of community event and/or giveaway, and our neighbors are all so kind.

This property is safe and perfect for families with children and pets.

I love my apartment and recommend living here Good events where ive met a lots of my neighbors and have made some great friendships from some of us get together in the clubhouse for football games. Staff is always helpful and kind

I've had a great experience living in this apartment community! The office staff, especially Bonnie and Ariana, have been incredibly helpful and always go above and beyond to assist with anything I need. They're friendly, professional, and genuinely care about the residents.
Maintenance is also excellent—quick to respond, efficient, and they always make sure the job is done right the first time. It’s a relief knowing that any issues are taken care of promptly.
